Vous voulez travailler pour une startup en pleine expansion ? Nous recherchons un stagiaire entrepreneurial pour soutenir Babylon Sciences SA. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les co-fondateurs et le reste de l’équipe à Pully et Vevey.

Descriptif de poste :

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un stagiaire graphiste pour une durée de 6 mois avec la possibilité d’un emploi à plein temps à la fin de cette période. Nous désirons accueillir une personne qui possède des talents artistiques, une grande qualité d’écoute et une rigueur lui permettant de finaliser à bien un projet jusqu’à l’impression ou la mise en ligne de ce dernier.

Au sein de Babylon Sciences, tu seras amené, pour l’ensemble du portefeuille de marques, à :

– Créer des visuels pour diffusion print & online

– Créer et/ou améliorer et/ou gérer les designs et nouvelles maquettes des sites corporate et e-commerce (de type Shopify, WordPress, Instapage…)

– Participer au développement produit dans la création des packagings, étiquettes et campagnes de lancement. 

– Créer des visuels pour publicité en ligne

– Créer des visuels pour « posts » sur les réseaux sociaux

– Gérer les prestataires imprimeurs

– Gérer les newsletters partenaires et clients

– Mettre à jour les documents de présentation divers. Suivi ou mise en place de charte graphique propre à une marque ou à l’identité corporate.  

 Mais aussi à prendre part aux décisions stratégiques marketing, notamment :

– Campagnes web & réseaux sociaux

– Amélioration de l’identité graphique. Renforcer l’identité de marque et contribuer à la notoriété commerciale.

– Gérer/administrer les backends des différents sites web corporate / e-commerce et participer à la création de contenu

Ce que l’on attend de toi :

– Jeune diplômé(e) d’une école de design, graphisme ou communication visuelle

– Tu maîtrises parfaitement la suite Adobe (illustrator / indesign / Photoshop…)

– Tu maîtrises les logiciels de vidéos After effects et Premiere Pro (un plus)

– Tu es familier avec la gestion de site web / ecommerce

– Tu as une bonne culture graphique web et print

– Tu es créatif, motivé(e) et autonome

– Le monde des start-ups, de la tech & l’entrepreneuriat t’intéresse

Business Developer - Suisse Romande - Avengarde

Founded in 2018 following the legalization of medicinal cannabis in Switzerland, Avengarde is a fast-moving start-up with grand aspirations and the means to reach them. We are focused on “indoor” growing of premium quality weed and its derivatives, within the legal limits in Switzerland and the rest of Europe. We will become a key player as recreational cannabis is progressively legalized throughout Europe and becomes more mainstream in the Pharma. Our team is composed of experienced entrepreneurs, coming from various sectors outside the cannabis field, and our team of master and expert growers has over 20 years’ experience and boundless love for the plant.

  • Sales, Marketing and Customer Service – Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
  • Strategic Input – Liaison with management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for commercial activity. Implement and manage commercial action plans.

Your Profile

  • Experience in the cannabis field and a good understanding of cannabis culture
  • Knowledge of the cannabis players in French-speaking Switzerland is a major plus
  • Degree in business administration or commerce a good to have, but not disqualifying
  • Experience in managing accounts, sales and/or business development
  • Effective and persuasive communicator, both internally as well as with external partners
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems independently and reach targets
  • Sharp eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a capacity to prioritize and multitask
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving start-up, often DIY, environment
  • Fluency in French and English.
